To update a Poweredge R620 goto the Dell website and download the BIOS, IDRAC, Power Supply, and RAID firmware that matches your RAID controller. The IDRAC is built in and wants to use one of the main ports. Sigh..
Create a install USB for Windows 10 32Bit
mkdir r610 and copy the firmware files to it.
Boot the USB in 32bit mode
c:
cd r620
run the Bios update first, REBOOT, followed by the RAID and REBOOT, followed by the Power Supply - which takes 10 minutes, and then the IDRAC where you will need to power it off by closing windows.
These should all be run one at a time ONLY
